Planning staff said both CS and GC implement the regional commercial comprehensive-plan designation; the staff analysis found no anticipated trip increase between the two zones under worst-case uses. The Planning Commission recommended approval. There were no public speakers. The council adopted Ordinance No. 4,862 approving the zoning map amendment on a 7-0 roll call.
