The board voted unanimously to postpone officer elections until the March meeting "where the full board is present," a motion made by Mr. Camp and seconded by Jacqueline Greenwood. The vote was recorded as yes from Mr. Camp, Mr. Owens and Greenwood; the motion carried.
During new-business items, an official administered the oath of office to Jeff and to Jacqueline Greenwood. Each responded "I do" when asked to swear to support the U.S. Constitution and the Ohio Constitution and to uphold the charter and ordinances of Bellbrook. The board chair…
