Resolution 25‑R‑10: The council awarded the bid for removal and replacement of certain curbs and sidewalks to Cote Construction LLC at a bid price of $420,930. City staff said bids were publicly opened Jan. 14, 2025; four sets of specifications were issued and three acceptable bids were received, with bids ranging from $420,930 to $628,750. Director Borton recommended awarding the contract to Cote Construction LLC as the lowest and best bid. The motion to approve passed 6-0 (Councilwoman Dugan moved; Vice Mayor Blakesley seconded).
