Town Manager Jim Gorman said the supplemental agreement will “allow Reardon Consulting Services to move forward with American StructurePoint into preliminary design phase, which will include the development of the project schedule, site research, 3 park use concept diagrams, [and] final preferred park master plan.” The contract was presented at the council’s Nov. 13 meeting and was deferred to Dec. 3 for final action.
