Planning commission business — Representative to Dec. 11 swearing-in: Commissioner Nash moved, then amended, to send the Planning Commission chair or the chair’s designee to the City Council swearing-in ceremony on Dec. 11, 2024, to thank outgoing members and welcome newly elected members. Commissioner Schulke seconded. The commission voted unanimously in favor. Outcome: approved.
F1 — Oxnard Sand Management Plan (P&Z Permit No. 22-400-06): Staff recommended continuing the matter to Feb. 20, 2025 to allow incorporation of an additional city-owned area and coordination with the Coastal Commission; the commission voted to continue (see related article).
