Minutes: The board approved the minutes from the Jan. 7 regular meeting and the Jan. 14 retreat. The motion to approve the minutes (moved by Jocelyn, seconded by Anthony) passed by roll call; board members recorded “aye.”
Administrative items: The board approved administrative items A1 through A3, including A3, the annual Uniform Memorandum of Agreement that defines arrangements between the district and the Glen Ridge Police. Kristin moved the administrative package; Jocelyn seconded. The roll-call vote approved the items.
Personnel: The board approved personnel items P1 (including an addendum) and P2 through P13, with item P12 tabled for further discussion. The motion was moved by Anthony and seconded by Jocelyn. During the roll call, board member Mister De Lorenzo recorded an abstention specifically on P2 and voted yes on the remaining personnel items; other listed members voted in favor. The personnel package carried.
Curriculum: The board approved curriculum items C1 (including an addendum) through C2. Heather moved the items and Tricia seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous in favor.
Business and donations: The board approved business items B1 through B10 (moved by Heather and seconded by Anthony). The meeting recognized a monetary donation of $3,674.28 from the Glenridge Girls Lacrosse Booster Club to support the girls’ lacrosse program (listed under item B4). The business package passed by roll call.
Roll-call procedure: Barbara (board secretary) called the roll on each motion.
