Planning commission recommends Camden Lehi Holdings site plan to council

Applicant Caleb Stoker, who gave an address during the meeting, said the project is being prepared for development and that Buena Vista has granted permission to provide secondary (irrigation) water. Stoker said he had submitted the project’s stormwater and management documentation to the city engineer and was awaiting Buena Vista’s final written confirmation.
Commission members said the drainage and stormwater management materials would be ready for the city council’s review next week. After brief questions from commissioners — including whether secondary water had been resolved — Commissioner Greg moved to recommend approval and Darren (last name not specified) seconded. The commission voted in favor; the motion carried.
The commission also approved minutes of the June 26, 2025 meeting by separate motion and adjourned at the end of the agenda.
