The Kuna City Arts Commission on July 10 approved an exhibit by artist Laura Bremer to be shown at the Kuna Arts & History Center Oct. 22, 2025, through Jan. 2, 2026. The motion to approve the exhibit passed by voice vote of the commissioners present.
Staff said opening receptions for the Bremer exhibit and a concurrent agricultural-history exhibit are planned for the 25th of the month, with gallery hours and labels prepared in advance. The arts center curator reported that Mary Gardner's exhibit has already been hung and that staff are preparing labels and reception logistics.
Why it matters: seasonal exhibits supply rotating content to the arts and history center and support local artists and historical programming. The commission also discussed next steps for outreach and asked staff to include exhibit information in center promotions.
Next steps: staff will finalize exhibit labels and event logistics and notify the artist and the public of opening-reception details.
