San Leandro City Council adopted a resolution on Dec. 16 to approve a vesting tentative tract map (VTTM, PLN 23-0026) for the single-family element of the shoreline development project. The council vote recorded the measure as passing with one recusal.
Planning staff, represented by Planning Division Manager Wayland Lee and consulting project planner Kelly Beggs, described the proposal as the single-family portion of a larger, previously entitled shoreline development project.
