A motion to approve the Nov. 19 minutes was moved and seconded; a roll call showed the recorded votes as follows: Mrs. Shelby — Aye; Mrs. King — Aye; Mrs. Falkenberg — Aye; Mrs. Jones — Aye. The motion carried and the minutes were approved as recorded or corrected.
At the end of the work session the board also moved to adjourn. The motion to adjourn was moved and seconded; the board recorded the vote in the affirmative and the chair closed the meeting.
