Another commenter emphasized the importance of early‑intervention discipline at the elementary level and urged the district to connect families with community resources to address behavioral issues before they escalate. A third commenter asked the board to account for expenditures on outside consultants and questioned how board staffing‑related costs are being managed.
Board leaders acknowledged the public remarks and said the district would forward written comments to administrators for follow‑up. The board did not take formal action on new safety measures at the meeting; members said the topic would inform broader discussions about resources and referendum priorities.
