Pocatello council approves multiple grants, contracts and projects; list of votes

The Pocatello City Council on Dec. 12 approved a series of routine and substantive items including grant applications, procurement awards, ARPA funding obligations, a land purchase and an ordinance vacating a public easement. Several items were passed unanimously by roll call; a small number drew individual no votes noted below.
