Planning Department staff described the application as a request to rezone Lots 1–6 and Outlots A and B of Quail Crossing (a replat of Lot 1, Catherine Addition, in the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 14N, Range 13E, Sarpy County) from AG to BG and RG-20-PS to allow commercial and multifamily residential development. Staff said the request is consistent with the city comprehensive plan and recommended approval. The applicant is Quail Crossing LLC.
