The final plat covers about 7.95 acres in the Castle Pines Village planned development northwest of the intersection of Golden Bear Lane and Country Club Drive. The board also approved a three-party SIA IGA among Castle Pines Summit LLC, the Castle Pines Metropolitan District and Douglas County to complete water, sanitary, roadway and grading improvements associated with the plat.
