Roll-call votes were taken for each office and the presiding staff member announced that the motions passed. A subsequent consent vote approved meeting minutes with a correction noted (the minutes referenced July 1, 2024; the board clarified the correct date was July 16, 2024).

Staff explained that day-to-day administrative duties for the treasurer and secretary are handled by town finance and parks staff, respectively, and that the corporation’s officers primarily fulfill governance and signature roles.
The board also addressed a procedural correction to previously approved minutes. A director pointed out that an earlier set of minutes showed an opening and closing of a public hearing within about one minute; staff confirmed the record and noted the corrected date for the minutes to be July 16, 2024.
No public comments were received during the public comment portion of the meeting, and the board proceeded to staff reports following the elections and consent vote.
