Council and successor agency approve consent calendars, items pass unanimously

The Lake Elsinore City Council approved its consent calendar (items 4–12) by a roll-call vote on Jan. 28. Councilman Manos moved to approve the consent calendar, Mayor Pro Tem McGee seconded, and the vote was recorded as 5–0: Manos, Sheridan, Johnson, Mayor Pro Tem (Magie/McGee recorded as aye), and Mayor Tisdale all voted in favor.
The successor agency then approved its consent calendar by roll-call vote. Agency Member Manos moved, Agency Member McGee seconded, and the successor agency vote was recorded 5–0: Agency Member Manos, Agency Member Sheridan, Agency Member Johnson, Vice Chair McGee, and Chair Tisdale voted aye.
No speakers requested to speak on the consent items and no items were pulled from the calendars for separate discussion. The meeting record shows both consent votes passed without amendment or recorded dissent.
