Lemont board approves final planned-unit development for indoor golf venue at 46 Ed Bossert Drive

So, the club, is for golf clubs. It is an indoor golf destination. It'll have, 5 golf simulator bays, a kitchen and bar, and, revamped, front entry and".

Formal action: Trustee McClafferty moved to approve Ordinance O-3-25; Trustee Maher seconded. Roll call votes recorded were: Segovski — yes; Stapleton — yes; Kittridge — yes; Maher — yes; McClafferty — yes. One trustee, Shaughnessy, was absent. The motion carried and the ordinance was approved.
Implementation notes: The approval covers Phase 1 under the PUD; project proponents and staff indicated additional work and renovation would follow under the approved plan. The PUD includes requirements to address exterior storage and to renovate the building's front entry.
