Council approves three on-call work orders for water, wastewater and stormwater

Staff explained the work orders are general-purpose, to be used when staff needs contractor support and to keep billing separate across departments. Councilman Terry moved to approve all three; Councilman Randy seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Council and staff confirmed the per-work-order cap is $10,000. No specific contractors, scopes or schedules were identified during the meeting; staff said contractor details will be provided at the next meeting if needed.
