The loan agreement was approved by roll call with affirmative votes from councilmembers present (Wick, Sturgeon, an unspecified member, Goodchild, Bruns). The council also adopted Resolution 255 authorizing issuance and securing payment of future obligations to borrow for the municipal waterworks utility; that resolution passed on a separate roll call with the same recorded affirmative votes.
