The Park Village items would add approximately 4.81 acres to a previously approved master plan and clarify/modify previously approved zoning conditions tied to Becker Robotics; staff said a conditional use permit has also been submitted for townhomes on the north side of Technology Ridge Parkway. These items will also appear at the Feb. 6 hearing for public input and council consideration.
