Planning commission grants one-year extension for Stadium Row project

The Lancaster City Planning Commission voted Oct. 16 to grant a one-year extension for the Stadium Row Parcel B development, moving the project27s approval deadline to February 2026.
Ben Morton of RGS Associates, the site-planning consultant for the project, and Ben Lesher of Parcel B Development told the commission that the team sought the extension because of delays in the Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) review with PennDOT, additional traffic study requirements and broader market and financing conditions.
