What the board approved Superintendent Dr. Seymour recommended approval of the SVPA fee amendment and the board moved and passed the agreement in a voice vote. During discussion, district staff and the architect indicated the amendment allows modest schematic revisions without a substantial fee change: the exterior footprint may vary within roughly plus or minus 10 percent while interior layouts can be reoriented to respond to user feedback.
