- Falcon Valley Phase 8 final plat approved: Council approved a final plat for Falcon Valley Phase 8, a 37-acre R-3 zoned subdivision with 83 single-family home lots and 10 common lots. City engineering staff confirmed the plat meets the development agreement and zoning standards.
- Resolution 515-25 adopted: The council adopted Resolution 515-25 to add a $30 customer-initiated stop payment fee (to align with the third-party billing system) and to increase the trolley station full-day rental fee for Friday and Saturday to $400 (more than a 5% increase). No public comments were recorded during the hearing for this resolution.
- Clearwater Financial LLC retainer approved: The council authorized the mayor to execute an initial master services agreement with Clearwater Financial LLC not to exceed $12,000 to assist with planning and advisory work for the wastewater treatment plant bond (see related article).
