Clark, presenting the department's fourth-quarter statistics for 2024, said burglaries and vehicle thefts were down year-over-year while larceny rose. "Burglars are down significantly. Larcenies are up a little bit, and vehicle thefts, as I've been fortunate to be able to report to you, meeting over meeting are down," Clark said.
