Courtney Gladney presented the Kaufman County collections department’s Q4 2024 analysis to the Commissioner's Court on Jan. 14 and the court accepted the report.

Gladney told the court total collections for Q4 2024 were $348,410.10. She said collections were down 1.66% from the previous quarter but up 28.82% compared with the same quarter in 2023. "I think we rounded off the year in good fashion," Gladney said.

Following the presentation Commissioner Moore moved to accept the report; Commissioner Phillips seconded. The motion carried by voice vote.

Ending: The court accepted the Q4 2024 collections report; no further action was requested at the Jan. 14 meeting.
