Planning staff told the council the site will be divided into four lots ranging from about 34,000 to 61,000 square feet within the existing CC-2 (Community Commercial) zoning and that stormwater detention will be handled in a common-area regional detention basin maintained by a property owners association. Staff said the development will connect to an existing 10-inch sanitary sewer on Main Street and an existing 8-inch water line on North Main Street.
