The committee then selected members for four subcommittees that will support the multimodal transportation master plan. The multimodal/master-plan subcommittee was proposed to include Deb (nonvoting), Reid, Bradley, Molly O’Reilly and Evan Lewis; the events subcommittee was proposed as Erin Billings, Kate and Reid; the development review subcommittee as Aaron, Molly O’Reilly, Evan Lewis and Jen (Jennifer); and the intersections subcommittee as Kate, Molly O’Reilly, Julie and Jen.
Each membership list was put to a voice vote and recorded as approved by the committee during the meeting. Committee members discussed flexibility to add or shift members later and asked subcommittees to set a chair and schedule meetings before the next full committee meeting.
No formal vote tallies with individual roll-call results were recorded in the public transcript; motions were adopted by voice vote with no member objecting on the record.
The committee also set expectations for subcommittees to exchange emails or calls and return recommendations to staff, and directed subcommittees to choose meeting times and chairs.
