Council approves ROPS and successor-agency items; annexation, labor and HR items advance

The Fresno City Council took several formal votes during its Jan. 9 session, approving financial and personnel items and completing a required annexation hearing.

Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS): The council approved the city's portion of the ROPS for fiscal year 2025–2026.
