Amy Rincon, director of Development Services, presented the site plan and described the proposed facade materials and site setbacks. She told the council the plan met city standards and staff recommended approval. No members of the public signed up to speak on the item and councilors voiced support for the development, noting it contributes to commercial buildout and activity in The Village.
The council vote was recorded in the minutes as an affirmative roll-call and the clerk announced the consent to approve D4. Staff will proceed with standard permitting and construction reviews following site-plan approval.
