Councilmember Katie proposed conditions that parallel Parkin’s application: a maximum of four dogs at one time, individual stays not to exceed seven days, and a requirement that boarded animals not be outside unattended. Katie made the motion to approve the conditional-use permit with those conditions; Tim seconded. A roll-call vote recorded all councilmembers present voting in favor.
The council recorded the conditions in the motion so staff can monitor compliance and enforce the permit terms if complaints arise.
