Outgoing chair Jacques Hadler opened the meeting and said he was stepping down after nearly three years in the role. “I’m extremely humbled and honored, to have served in this way, to serve the county in this way, and to have been entrusted by my fellow commissioners the last few years,” Hadler said. He told colleagues he would remain available to provide advice and support to the incoming chair.
