During the Jan. 7 meeting the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District Board of Education approved a slate of routine action items, authorized an executive session and completed other organizational motions.
The board moved and seconded approval of action items 9.1 through 9.13 and conducted a roll-call vote. The presiding officer called the roll and recorded affirmative votes from members present; the motion carried. The board also adopted Resolution 010725-10 to go into executive session to discuss matters listed on the meeting resolution, with an expected duration of about 30 minutes. The motion to enter executive session passed on a voice vote.
Later in the meeting, the board took a separate roll-call vote to approve agenda items 13.1 and 13.2 (including hand carries where noted) and then adjourned following a motion and second.
The board president and administration will publish final minutes and post any required documents to the district website. Specifics for several items (budget calendar update driving a March date change, receipt of a policy manual digital drive from the New Jersey School Boards Association) were discussed during the meeting and will be reflected in the minutes.
