Deputy director staff told the commission the applicant is aware of the outreach deficiency and will resend the corrected notice before the item is re-agendized. A motion to continue the item carried unanimously; commissioners recorded no public opposition at the time of the vote.

Action taken: the commission continued the Bridal Ground Coffee permit application to a future hearing date to ensure outreach compliance.
