• Jenkins Parcel annexation and initial zoning (recommendation to mayor and city council): Motion to recommend annexation and initial zoning to R‑3 (multiple dwelling residential) with airport overlay (limited development) for approximately 0.633 acres (Government Lot 1). • Final plat — MK Simpson Center Division No. 3: Motion to recommend approval of the final plat for MK Simpson Center Division No. 3 to the mayor and city council. • Final plat — IABO Division No. 10: Motion to recommend approval of the final plat for IABO Division No. 10 to the mayor and city council. Staff noted prior annexation and preliminary plat approvals; roll call recorded Commissioners Cantu, Storff (Storer), Eiler, Ogden, Meehan and Scott voting aye; motion passed.

• Minutes approval (Dec. 3, 2024): Motion to approve minutes of the Dec. 3 meeting as read. Voice vote recorded as aye; motion passed.

• Election of officers (nomination/voice vote): The meeting opened with an election of officers for the commission (nomination and voice vote).
