The Menomonee Falls Planning Commission on Jan. 7 unanimously approved the preliminary plat for Tamborin Addition No. 3, a revised planned residential development that now proposes 35 single‑family lots at N48W19272 Lisbon Road, subject to 35 staff conditions.

Planner Amy Bennett explained last month the commission reviewed and recommended a PRD amendment; the Village Board on the prior evening approved that PRD amendment to allow the developer to replace a previous plan of 76 condominiums with 35 single‑family lots. Bennett said staff’s recommendation was to conditionally approve the preliminary plat subject to the listed conditions and county and state recommendations included in the packet.

Commissioners had no further substantive edits during the meeting and moved to recommend approval with the staff conditions. The vote was unanimous and the record will move forward with the 35 enumerated conditions that address engineering, county recommendations and other standard preliminary‑plat requirements.
