The commission gave preliminary and final approval and recommended the village board approve a certified survey map to reconfigure three parcels into two lots at N88W15789 Park Boulevard and N89W15791 Main Street, subject to five staff conditions.
The Menomonee Falls Planning Commission on Jan. 7 voted unanimously to grant preliminary and final approval of a certified survey map (CSM) requested by property owner Jeff Zugalski to reconfigure three existing parcels into two lots at N88W15789 Park Boulevard and N89W15791 Main Street.
Planner Amy Bennett told the commission the proposal would create Lot 1 at just under 50,000 square feet (just over an acre) and Lot 2 at just under 30,000 square feet (a little over a half acre). The parcels are in the R3 zoning district with medium and high density residential land use designations; the CSM includes a road dedication on Harrison Avenue, so village board approval is required.
Commissioners moved to recommend the village board approve the submitted CSM subject to the five conditions noted in the staff report; the motion passed unanimously. The staff report and conditions form the record and will be forwarded with the commission’s recommendation to the village board.
