Resident credits increased enforcement for improved driving; council acknowledges report

One council member noted the council reserves discretion about when to reply during public comment because some matters may be sensitive.
No policy action or motion resulted from Kimball’s remarks; the comment was part of the meeting’s public comment period. Councilors encouraged further communication between residents and city staff and reiterated an interest in public-facing updates when enforcement actions are underway.
