Evansville MPO reports Title VI goals and accomplishments to be added to implementation plan

Staff presented the MPO's Title VI goals and accomplishments report, which lists prior-year achievements and goals for training, document updates and surveys; the report will be appended to the Title VI implementation plan and the limited English proficiency (LEP) plan.
Pam, staff member, presented the Evansville MPO Title VI Goals and Accomplishments Report for informational purposes and said it will be added to the appendices of the Title VI implementation plan and the limited English proficiency (LEP) plan.
Pam said the annual report lists completed and upcoming trainings and workshops, updates to Title VI documents and surveys, and "the total number of Title VI complaints from the previous year." The report included goals for the coming year and the staff noted it will be incorporated into the MPO's Title VI and LEP appendices.
Staff presented the report for committee review and offered to answer questions; none were raised during the meeting.
