Transfers and payroll-related moves: Commissioners approved seven transfers to cover end-of-year adjustments and to move funds into salary and capital-outlay accounts. Noted transfers included:

Purchasing and orders: The board approved orders exceeding a purchase order to Amazon for WIC grant supplies (PO 25-07327) in the amount of $4,046.66, explaining the overage resulted from fluctuating Amazon prices and shipping charges. Commissioners also approved payment of purchase orders as presented under Resolution 2025-176.
Roads and property: The board approved clarification accepting East Echo Canyon Road into county maintenance with a section end described as about 2,000 feet northeast of S. 4175 Road, and approved a lease-purchase agreement with the Rogers County Industrial Development Authority to acquire 4.58 acres (Track A Section 19 Township 21 North Range 16E) intended for future road development behind the Claremore barn. Commissioners also approved engaging BKL Architects to prepare design and construction-administration documents for the property at 2020 Holly Road (the annex) and agreed the work will be paid from use-tax proceeds and a remaining material services sales-tax fund.
Other formal actions: The board voted to approve Resolution 2025-174 to deposit $61.20 into the General Fund Election Board part-time salaries for FICA match reimbursement, and they approved the payment of purchase orders by resolution 2025-176. The meeting concluded with approval to adjourn.
Why it matters: These actions move funds to cover payroll and capital needs, secure property for future road work, and authorize architectural design work necessary to renovate county-owned space and consolidate departments.
All items described above were approved by recorded votes as noted in the meeting minutes; no contested ordinances or new policy changes were enacted at this session.
