Dental Board launches rulemaking to revise dentist licensure applications and fees

The Dental Board of California voted on Feb. 6 to rescind prior regulatory text and begin a new rulemaking process to update regulations governing dentist licensure applications and associated fees.

The board approved the staff proposal to replace the previously approved text with the regulatory language in Attachment 1 of the meeting materials and to repeal outdated forms incorporated by reference (Attachments 2–6).
