Troy Osler, engineer with CIVCO Engineering, told the Wallsburg Town Council at its Jan. 16 work meeting that staff and consultants worked on an accelerated schedule to meet a deadline. "We made the deadline," Osler said, noting he and town staff had coordinated with Heather Mills at Mountainlands (MAG) on application questions and attachments.
