The council waived the three‑reading rule and approved Ordinance 20‑25‑01, which amends application requirements, review fees and parking-space requirements across several chapters of Title 5 of the Kuna City Code. The council then approved summary publication for that ordinance.
The council waived three readings and approved Ordinance 20‑25‑02, which makes violations of the development regulations code subject to administrative citation rather than misdemeanor citation and assigns enforcement to the director. The council also approved summary publication for that ordinance.
The council approved Ordinance 20‑25‑03, a municipal annexation and zoning ordinance annexing Ada County Assessor parcel R7321001020 owned by Kuna Road Fire District into the city and establishing zoning classifications for the property.
The council also approved Ordinance 20‑25‑04, annexing Ada County Assessor parcel S200611005 (owned by Daniel Isbell) into the city and establishing zoning classifications for that property.
