The committee passed the motion by roll call after more than an hour of discussion about ALGand the townlong-term fiscal planning role it plays. The motion — moved and seconded during the meeting and approved by roll call — instructs the chair to seek the Select Boardopinion in writing; Finance Committee members said they will copy other ALG members on the request.
