Board approves four teaching appointments; routine personnel and school calendar items advance

Other routine items reviewed in the meeting included scheduling Dover High School graduation for May 31 (administration explained that date is the Saturday following the last day of school to allow seniors to finish finals), course selection guides for the 2025-26 school year and a high-school band trip to PMEA District 7 at Lampeter-Strasburg High School. The board continued other consent items including leaves, retirements, transfers, driver listings and facility agreements to the public content list; no contested personnel terminations were discussed.
