• Public Arts Advisory Committee (PAC) appointments (Item 13): Council approved the PAC’s recommendations to reappoint Paul Razzo and appoint Rita Lilly and Janelle Angeles to four-year terms. Vote: 5-0.
• Organizational assignments: Council members confirmed committee and regional board assignments, including San Bernardino County Transportation Authority representation and various subcommittees; the roster was approved 5-0.
