Separately, invoices presented for approval included several water and sewer-related vendor charges. Mountain Valley Motor and Pump Service was listed for $1,033 for work at the Wilkins lift station, and Roto Rooter had a separate charge of $1,140 tied to the same lift station. Thatcher Company invoiced $2,660.17 for chlorine. Council members noted the Wilkins lift station had experienced problems the prior month and those vendor charges were related to those repairs.
Council indicated staff would continue to coordinate maintenance and future bids for standing pump-house structures as needed.
