Council discussion was brief and supportive. For the first license (item 6) a motion to approve carried with a recorded roll call of 7 to 0. For the second license (item 7) for the West location at 15615 Pacific Street, the council again approved the Class C liquor license by roll call, 7 to 0.
The licenses were approved after public hearings with no opponents who requested to speak; council members asked routine operational questions about menu and continuity, and the manager confirmed there would be no change in menu or staffing.
