Board meeting chair opened the meeting by asking members to defer detailed bond discussion to the Feb. 26 session so the public can hear full deliberations. "We have a brief business meeting planned for this evening, so I will keep my comments brief," the chair said, adding that architects are incorporating public feedback into evolving plans.
