The commission voted to approve Resolution 25‑029 (the repeal and replacement of Section 5 and Appendix F, and corresponding table of contents adjustments) unanimously.
Staff said the updated documents will be rolled forward with a single effective date after final ministerial edits and that the Planning Commission will receive a clean updated version at the next meeting for formal readoption of the full subdivision regulations with one effective date.
