SF2426 (agenda item 3c) — Final Plat, Team Chris Subdivision The commission voted to approve the final plat for Team Chris Subdivision (file SF2426) with five conditions and four notations, and approved one waiver of the road frontage requirement for Lots 1 and 2. The commission noted that the plat will be revised to include a 40‑foot access easement and the staff‑applicant revisions discussed at the hearing. The motion passed unanimously.
